Q3 Grades & Intent to Withdraw

Aloha Ewa Makai Parents and Guardians-

Your child’s teachers have completed grading Quarter 3 work and grades are now posted in Infinite Campus (IC). Please log into your IC parent portal to view your child’s Q3 grades. If you would like to print your child’s grades, you can do so by accessing the “Quarter 3 Grades Report” under “Documents.”

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s grades, please contact your child’s teachers.  Other academic concerns, please contact your child’s counselor.

MOVING? RECEIVED GE ACCEPTANCE?  GOING TO PRIVATE SCHOOL?

Please complete the “Intent to Withdraw” form available on our school website if your next school year plan has changed due to one of the following:

• Geographic Exception approval.

• Acceptance to private school. 

• Moving out of Ewa Makai Middle School area.

Due to the high volume of withdrawals during this time of the school year, we ask that you submit this form as soon as possible.  This form must be completed prior to generating your child’s release records. Many schools will not complete your child’s registration without these items. To assure proper transfer of your child’s records, please file the “Intent to Withdraw” form by May 10, 2021.
