Vaccinations at James Campbell High School

Hello Ewa Makai Middle School Parents and Guardians,

The Hawai`i Pacific Health Vax Squad will be at James Campbell High School on June 1st administering the COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer) for anyone age 12+. We encourage everyone eligible to get vaccinated since full face to face will be the primary method of instruction to start next school year.

Anyone under the age of 18 needs to print, complete, sign and bring the attached consent form with them on June 1st.

Appointments are available now on the HPH website, select Mobile Vaccine Clinic, Campbell High School and for the reason put COVID-19 first shot. The follow up second shot will be on June 22nd at the same location.
