Federal Impact Aid Survey: Return by Mon, 13 Sep

Please be on the lookout for the Federal Impact Aid Surveys that will be coming home with your student. See the attached image of the form as a reminder of what it looks like.  Please fill out the form completely, sign it, and send it back with your student to give to their Advisory teacher by Monday, 13 Sep. Federal funding of Hawai'i schools based on this survey benefits ALL STUDENTS.
